Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Meloomi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
